Great gift box!
I thoroughly enjoyed the gift box! The box itself was a nice touch and perfectly stored the small jars of caviar. I will be happy to keep it for other uses, same as the abalone spoons that came with it. The caviars I got were delicious and I enjoyed the sampler variety of the white sturgeon, paddlefish, and smoked trout roe. Each unique and different, each very delicious. The smoked trout roe was reminiscent of lox and bagels when paired with creme fraiche and diced onion, which was a pleasant combination of flavors. The Paddlefish was the most earthy of the 3, and the small size made the excellent flavor more consistent throughout each bite. The Sturgeon was more rich and buttery and felt more substantial than the paddlefish because if that richness. All were fantastic and I plan on ordering more soon!
