The crème fraiche is wonderful. It’s quite thick in a pleasant way, not so much that you can’t spread it but in a way that makes it very easy to determine how much you are scooping to spread. I’ve made my own a few times and that’s my problem with my homemade stuff, mine always comes out too runny so I really appreciate this consistency.
