30 gram or 50 gram tin of top quality escargot roe farmed in Poland. This stunning, firm textured, medium to large grain snail caviar is known for its unique earthy flavor and beautiful bright white pearls. Each snail produces a limited number of firm pearls 4 mm in diameter(about the same size as trout roe), making this a highly luxurious roe product that has to be meticulously harvested to produce even a small amount of caviar.
The incredible eggs contain none of the sea notes and/or fishiness that can sometimes turn people away from caviar and other fish roes. Instead, the flavor of escargot caviar is a fresh combination of earth, woods and mossy notes that can really "pop" on beef, pork, vegetable, and fresh-water seafood dishes, both in taste and aesthetics.
