These anchovies are whole white filets, lightly salted and packed in Spanish olive oil. The full-bodied slivers yield an incredible flavor that is less salty than other oil-packed anchovies. La Red, a high-end brand of seafood products from Spain, is now being imported for the first time into the United States. 

Packaged in a 35 ounce tin.

Store in cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend keeping the remaining anchovies and oil in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

They will keep like this for 3 weeks to a month.
