Description
This delicious, new-to-America Siberian caviar is farmed by our partners in Spain. This farm is located in the province of Aragon, at the intersection of 3 cold rivers, the ideal climate for sturgeon breeding. The sturgeon feed is the closest to natural wild feed of krill, fish meal, fish oil. NO antibiotics or hormones are used. From the Acipenser Baerii species, prized for it's creamy, buttery taste, very similar to a small to medium-grain Osetra. Colors range from dark gray to brown and a pronounced, pleasing briny, creamy flavor, this Siberian caviar is sure to be appreciated by all caviar lovers. Each container is handpicked and selected for its color, size, freshness, flavor and texture.
