It was so easy to order. I had the privilege to talk with two sales representatives and both of them helped me setup my account. The communication aspect of this process was very important to me and it was so easy. We discussed the process of how everything worked, so it felt like I was apart of there crew. The Claws and knuckle was what I was looking for and I wasn’t disappointed at all! I ordered 2 pounds of flash frozen lobster and 2 pounds of the fresh lobster meat. Let me tell you it was well worth it! As you should know by now lobster meat is a sweet seafood taste and when I got it delivered the number one thing I was worried about was the shipping. I live in the midwest so I was skeptical how the whole idea of getting the lobster delivered fresh was a possibility and I was wrong. The way it’s shipped and the time it gets shipped is perfectly normal. I can go on and on about how perfect it was but I think you get the point i’m making here. The overall taste between the flash frozen and fresh was tender and succulent in my opinion. I really enjoyed it! I will continue to order more for my future business. Thank you so much!
Lobster...
I did in fact receive your package however whoever packaged my order only put one pound or should I say ONE frozen package of lobster meat , I am almost sure that I ordered TWO pounds, I am awaiting my credit card statement, as it's possible that I am mistaken but I don't think so, otherwise your product was nice, please check your records to verify if I am incorrect or not.

The meat looks like the real deal but it will not be eaten until this summer when our guests arrive so I cannot say if it tastes as good as it looks, and even then it would be hearsay as I am a vegetarian and won't actually be eating it myself. I can say that my experience with this company and the customer service I received has been excellent. Thank you again

Frozen Lobster
Was really disappointed to receive my order and it was’t frozen. Was not going to serve it for another week. I have ordered complete dinners before and they come frozen. This was so not how I expected it.

The lobster was delicious. We made lobster rolls for a large group Christmas night. They were a huge hit. Everyone wanted to know where the lobster came from. Excellent!!

So the lobster arrived and was totally warm not even cold. Sent emails and called the company they sent out a new package right away. They said USPS had mechanical problems, we made lobster hoggies both style. All I can say is they were just ok. And the company knew about the delay, and they new it would not be frozen so they definitely were not going to say something if I had not got in contact with them.

We loved our order. Any longer getting here could be crucial, we noticed the ice had melted. All things with our wierd weather consdered it was a job well done.
Fantastic Maine Lobster Meat!
We've now purchased the cooked claw and knuckle lobster meat a couple of times and intend to purchase regularly. This lobster meat is so fresh, sweet, and absolutely delicious. The best part is that all the work is done for you, and the only thing needed is a fresh lemon and maybe some clarified butter, then eat and enjoy!! I'm sure there are dozens of other recipes out there that include lobster meat, but for us there's nothing better than to enjoy it just as is. If you love lobster, you need to check out Caviar Star...the best!!!
