Description
Available for a limited time only. Siberian caviar from Italy, farmed sustainably between Veneto and Lombardy, spanning over 20 acres developed with extreme respect for the ecosystem, characterized by fresh and uncontaminated waters. Each Siberian sturgeon is carefully bred and raised from the egg, to the fry, to the mature specimen, living in the waters for up to 10 years.
The sturgeon feed is the closest to natural wild feed of krill, fish meal, fish oil. NO antibiotics or hormones are used. From the Acipenser Baerii species, prized for it's creamy, buttery taste, very similar to a small to medium-grain Osetra. Colors range from dark gray to brown and a pronounced, pleasing briny, creamy flavor, this Siberian caviar is sure to be appreciated by all caviar lovers. Each container is handpicked and selected for its color, size, freshness, flavor and texture.
