Characteristics:
Flavors -- Decadent, briny, and buttery with a slightly nutty, fruity finish.
Pearls-- Semi-firm mouthfeel, 3.3 - 3.6mm size
Colors -- Reserve grade ranges from dark brown to gray brown. Imperial grade ranges from light gray to light golden brown.
After at least a decade of care the sturgeon to grow into maturity, producing glistening, large eggs that are carefully processed and malossol cured. Each tin is handpicked and selected for its color, size, freshness, flavor and texture.
