From the oldest caviar producers, traders, and farmers in the world, comes the finest sustainable Osetra... Diekmann & Hansen has been expertly curing fish roe for over 150 years, pioneering the industry of sturgeon aquaculture.

Characteristics:

Flavors -- Decadent, briny, and buttery with a slightly nutty, fruity finish.

Pearls-- Semi-firm mouthfeel, 3.3 - 3.6mm size

Colors -- Reserve grade ranges from dark brown to gray brown. Imperial grade ranges from light gray to light golden brown.

After at least a decade of care the sturgeon to grow into maturity, producing glistening, large eggs that are carefully processed and malossol cured. Each tin is handpicked and selected for its color, size, freshness, flavor and texture.
