Caviar Cucumber Boats

This simple appetizer is easy to prepare with a wonderful mixture of flavors and textures. Topped with Salmon caviar, these caviar cucumber boats are perfect for any special occasion! (makes 8)

Instructions

1. Slice the cucumber into 8 medium-thickness pieces.
2. Add creme fraiche or sour cream to each cucumber slice, then place a little spoonful of caviar onto the top of each one.
3. Finish with a small length or two of fresh chives.
4. Place on a serving plate and enjoy!
