This simple appetizer is easy to prepare with a wonderful mixture of flavors and textures. Topped with Salmon caviar, these caviar cucumber boats are perfect for any special occasion! (makes 8)
Creme Fraiche (or sour cream)
1-2 - snipped
- Slice the cucumber into 8 medium-thickness pieces.
- Add creme fraiche or sour cream to each cucumber slice, then place a little spoonful of caviar onto the top of each one.
- Finish with a small length or two of fresh chives.
- Place on a serving plate and enjoy!
