One liter (34 fl oz) of rich flavored, extra virgin olive oil from olives grown in the countryside of France. The traditional first press of olives using classic machinery creates the highest quality, true EVOO with about 1% acidity. The fruity, aromatic oil stands out when mixed with salt, herbs and/or garlic and dipped with warm French bread and baguettes.
