Too puffy/cakey - overwhelmed the caviar

While nice to eat on their own, these blinis were far too fluffy and tender to do their job when served with caviar. These reminded me more of diner-style pancakes than the slightly chewy blinis I've enjoyed in the past. Personal preference certainly, but I found them distracting and felt that they overwhelmed the caviar rather than enhancing it. I would not purchase these again.

Your blinis are the best regardless of size. 10 seconds in the microwave to heat them and they are perfect. Great with or without the caviar. Perfect for all appetizers.
