Imperial or Golden Roes

The more rare colors of fish roe and sturgeon caviar. "Imperial" is a grade, but also usually means the lighter, more rare, golden colored pearls of sturgeon caviar. In fish roe, golden colors are only available through certain species wild species like whitefish or arctic char, or specific farming methods.
