Caviar Star is supporting the Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s 22nd annual Carnivale du Vin in New Orleans, November 5–8. Alongside Halpern’s and Chef Alan Baltazar, we’re contributing caviar and roe for Friday’s Champagne & Caviar Happy Hour at Four Seasons New Orleans. The fundraising weekend supports culinary education, mentorship, and opportunities for young people.
