Fresh, malossol cured sturgeon caviar from the rare, ALBINO Sterlet Sturgeon

NEW PRODUCT 2025, Now from Dieckmann & Hansen, Germany -- The oldest caviar company in the world. Available only through Caviar Star.
VERY Limited availability during December ONLY!

The Sterlet is one of the original wild Caspian, black, and Azov Sea Sturgeons, alongside Beluga, Sevruga, and Osetra. It is very clean and buttery in flavor with a small pearl size, coming from sturgeons that only reach about 20 lbs at adulthood.
Sterlet is typically known for a soft, delicate flavor and smooth finish. Usually dark black in color, this rare, light opaque golden caviar comes from the small population of Albino Sterlet sustainably farmed by Dieckmann & Hansen in Germany.

Characteristics: Tastes like salted butter! Small grain, bright opaque yellow in color, briny, creamy, soft in texture (typical of Sterlet) but still a subtle amount of 'pop.' Don't expect it to have a firm pop like Kaluga or Osetra!

Hand packed and quality checked for color, size, freshness, flavor and texture.

Had to swap it out

Turns out the Golden Albino wasn’t in a good condition so the guys called me and swapped it out for something else and didn’t charge me any extra. Awesome.
