I'd never gotten cocktail blinis before, but I enjoyed these- they were tasty with a light flavor that worked as an excellent conveyor of the caviar and dressings without overpowering any. They appear to be slightly savory miniature pancakes, I'm going to try and make them at home!

Not great...
The shipping occurred after the date I agreed to, so I had to pay additional to have it re-routed. The Blinis were broken apart, tiny and not the best tasting. I had to replace with some from Whole Foods that were much better.

These blinis are near-perfection. The are exactly what I get at high-end restaurants serving caviar. They also are good after cooling off in the refrigerator for more than a week! The price point is great, and I will be reordering this delicious, fluffy product again, and again.

The cocktail blinis are just the right size, texture & taste for caviar & all the accouterments! They are the larger of the 2 blini options (mini blinis are (one) bite size. They come well packaged & will last for a while unopened in the fridge. All products from Caviar Star have been excellent....they never disappoint!
