I love this olive oil. It reminds me of when I lived in Spain. It does not, in any way, have that sharpness that I find in almost all of the olive oils that I have tasted. This is my go to oil for everything because I believe that I can never go wrong with it. I will buy it as long as it is available and I will cry when I can no longer obtain.

I tasted Unio years ago at an Italian restaurant, laughing with the waiter when he told me it was Spanish. I have bought it ever since, but it has become impossible to find in stores for some reason. I've tried many other arbequina oils, but Unio remains the best, hands down, for bread dipping.

I've been searching the internet for this oil since I got it once in Costco about 10 years ago (they stopped selling it). Either the price or the shipping was always prohibitive. But this vendor had both a good price and a reasonable shipping charge. This is the best olive oil I've ever tasted, bar none. Try it in the summer on a fresh tomato sandwich on rustic bread.

This oil is a wonderful all-around olive oil. Good in salads with its modestly warm finish when combined with other ingredients. Wonderful for dipping bread as, at full strength, the finish is very peppery without being hot. We love it for its versatility.

This oil is made of an olive not generally found in other oils. It has a mellow flavor and is delicious. The price here is great for a product from the region in Spain known for this wonderful oil. I have visited the region in Spain and after using up the oil I brought back, happy to find the oil available for purchase at such a reasonable price.
