My Favorite Vinegar

I’ve been using this vinegar for years. It’s perfect for salads or in stir fries as a flavoring. It’s only sporadically available and I was happy to find it at Caviar. Ordering was easy, the bottles were well packed and arrived whole.

Favorite vinegar at a fair price

I have a cupboard full of various vinegars but this one has been my favorite for years. It's slightly floral sour/sweet balance makes vinegarettes foolproof. Whenever my cooking needs a tangy hit it's the one I use. Caviar Star offered a good price and when I had a question, customer service was thoughtful and intelligent. All together, a rare pleasure. Wonderful vinegar

I got this for a Nigella Lawson salad dressing recipe. It was a little hard to find but I am so happy with Caviar Star. Ordering and shipping was a breeze and the vinegar was beautifully packaged. It’s a great vinegar!

They redeemed my initial impression

I ordered some favorite (hard to find) vinegar a couole months ago, and they immediately confirmed my order with a tracking number even though they were not able to ship, as the goods were delayed in transit to them for several weeks. I contacted them and they were very responsive and refunded myoney since after a 2-week wait, they had yet to receive the goods from their supplier. I contacted them a month or so later and they confirmed that they, indeed, had the vinegar in stock, so I placed a new order and it was shipped and received in a few days. For the original order, U was concerned that I had been scammed because (a) the charge showed a different vendor name and (b) they charged before shipment; creating a shipping label is not proof of shipiment, but apparently passes the credit card merchant rules, but is a res flag to me. So, I was pleased that they are a legitimate business with fine customer service, just suffering some supply chain issues. As a former owner of a small business for 30 years, I appreciate how they treated me under such circumstances.
