Lyna Polska Siberian Baerii Caviar
by Caviar StarDescription
Acipenser Baerii, traditionally found in the major Siberian river basins, are sustainably farmed in Warmia, a northeastern region of Poland. These eco-friendly sturgeon are raised in the "green lungs of Poland," a non-urbanized area known for its natural beauty. The sturgeon are housed in breeding ponds that border the "Las Warmiński" nature preserve in the Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest and are continuously supplied with crystal-clear water from the Lyna River. The pristine cleanliness and ideal thermal conditions of this location create the perfect environment for breeding healthy sturgeons, resulting in exceptional quality Polish caviar.
Our Lyna Polska Siberian caviar, with its chocolate brown to light gray hue, is a true delicacy. The beautiful, glossy pearls exude a well-balanced, buttery flavor with a subtle taste of the sea—simply incredible!
