Lyna Polska Royal Osetra Caviar
by Caviar StarDescription
Malossol Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii roe, farmed in Poland—This premier Osetra is produced by Russian sturgeon raised in the crystal-clear waters of the Lyna River, within the nature preserve in the Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest of Warmia, known as the “green lungs of Poland.” The pristine cleanliness and ideal thermal conditions of this location create the perfect environment for breeding healthy sturgeons, resulting in the highest-quality caviar.
The roe is medium-sized and firm, offering a buttery, classic Osetra flavor. Ranging from dark amber to gray-brown in color, this exceptional caviar features the complex nutty notes of traditional wild Caspian Osetra, with a clean, buttery, and smooth finish. Sure to satisfy both novices and connoisseurs alike!
Each jar is hand-packed and carefully inspected for optimal color, size, freshness, flavor, and texture. For additional details on shipping, usage, and privacy policies, please visit our Policy Page Policy Page.

Delicious, good medium texture, overall excellent value for the price, would not hesitate to serve for any occasion.
The caviar was amazing and considering everything (caviar is NOT cheap) was a great value. I ordered two types of caviar, the Lyna Polska Royal Amber Osetra (my favorite it was a bit firmer than Imperial Kaluga Hybrid and had bright brine, I liked it a lot. My boyfriend thought it was more fish forward-not fishy just the taste of the sea). The second was the Imperial Kaluga Hybrid (still firm pearls beautiful color, lighter in brine flavor but the Polish on liked my Vodka better 😉(if I had a favorite, of the two I purchased, I am sticking to the Lyna Polska Royal Amber Osetra Caviar). I can’t wait to try some more and take tasting notes.
I would happily order either again from Caviar Star :) Great communication with the Caviar Star people/ vendor. Highly recommended.
This is delicious caviar for the money. Flavor and taste is wonderful.
Jar was hard to open and smaller than I expected.
Too salty...
