The Beluga sturgeon produces the world's most sought after, top-dollar caviar, which has led to the species being declared critically endangered in the wild. Beluga caviar has been banned in the United States since 2005 by the Fish and Wildlife Service-- thus why we source from farms producing hybrid species. Hybrids usually don't naturally occur in the wild so its a great way to ensure sustainability and enjoy the best features of 2 species.

This decadent, sustainable caviar is the next best thing compared to true Beluga. By crossing a female Beluga (Huso Huso) with a male Siberian (Acipenser Baerii) you can enjoy the wonderfully balanced, creamy, briny flavor and textures of two delicious caviars mixed into one. A perfect treat for extra special occasions.

Giaveri farm in Italy is known for producing a wide variety of the best caviar sturgeon species at their state-of-the-art facility, with total control of the production chain from start to finish.

Scrumptious!!

We don’t know much about caviar to be honest. We’ve had other brands that were very good, but this was a whole new level! Even non-caviar lovers were impressed and really enjoyed the buttery deliciousness of each bite. Will definitely be back for our Christmas treat.

Definitely Recommend

My husband knows how much I love caviar and he ordered some from Latvia 🇱🇻 and it was all amazingly delicious. But it was a lot to ship and the ordering process wasn’t the best. So I scoured the internet looking for a reliable company that had great products to offer. Thankfully, I found Caviar Star. The ordering process was easy, arrived on time, and was beautifully packed.
Here is the breakdown of what the caviar’s I purchased (least favorite to favorite). No. 5 - Beluga - you notice the salt first. This is a caviar that you would want to pair with food.

No. 4 - Siberian from France - les salty than number 5 good flavor but still strong and would pair well with food. Number four and five could be eaten with eggs 🥚, onions 🧅, and creme fresh.

No. 3 Poland Siberian is great. Salty, nutty, mineral, earthy flavor. Could eat with a light pairing like salmon sashimi and oysters 🦪.

No. 2 Kaluga is creamy, buttery, nutty, with a hint of a twang. Could eat it alone.

No. 1 Madagascar Siberian - flavor is indescribable. Super flavorful, eggs creamy and firm and again the flavor bursts in your mouth. I literally close my eyes with joy every time I put a spoonful in my mouth. Definitely would want to eat it solo.
