From the world’s oldest caviar producers, traders, and farmers comes the finest sustainable Osetra. Dieckmann & Hansen has been expertly curing fish roe for over 150 years, pioneering the field of sturgeon aquaculture.

Characteristics:

Flavors – Decadent, briny, and buttery with a subtle nutty, fruity finish.

Pearls – Semi-firm texture, ranging from 3.3 to 3.6mm in size.

Colors – Reserve grade ranges from dark brown to gray-brown, while Imperial grade ranges from light gray to light golden-brown.

After a decade of meticulous care, the sturgeon mature, producing large, glistening eggs that are carefully processed and malossol cured. Each tin is hand-selected for its color, size, freshness, flavor, and texture.
