I love sturgeon caviar but my budget does not. We were very happy to find the Golden Whitefish at Caviar.Star. It is a very tasty caviar, nice crunch and a mild, only slightly briny flavor with a sweet finish. We serve it in crunchy pastry cups with chopped sweet onions and sour cream. Really nice as a stand alone snack or a prelude to dinner. The price is exceptional and quality always above reproach. Thank you for keeping this in stock.

Whitefish roe
Good quality product. Little different from the I was used in the Finland. Salt, white pepper, carefully chopped yellow onion and spoonful of smetana (or sour cream) mix with self baked sour rye bread or potaties is one of my favourite dishes at Christmas time.
