Poor quality with minimal taste
I tried twice to submit an honest review but the site would not publish it, so I am trying this third time by giving 5 starts instead of 1 (which is my real rating) to see if it is posted. We’ve had exceptional caviar products for years from Caviar Star, so we thought we would try the white truffle this year. While the delivery and communication with Caviar was excellent, the truffles had minimal taste. The smell was good out of the bag, but we were disappointed in the lack of flavor, despite adjusting our schedule so we would make homemade pasta within hours of delivery. My past 5 star reviews for caviar are posted automatically, but now I realize Caviarstar won’t post negative reviews and therefore won’t be able to trust the reviews going forward.
