Siberian caviar is produced from farm-raised Acipenser baerii sturgeon that undergo more than 1 maturation cycle, meaning they allow egg-reabsorption, to resulting in larger, more decadent pearls. Delicately malossol-cured to highlight their natural flavor and texture. This caviar is super fresh production and low-salt, featuring softer pearls that melt on your palate, and chocolate colored pearls with occasional light gray highlights, delivering a refined, well-balanced taste of the sea.
