White Truffle Sauce

6.3 oz (180g) of rich butter and cream infused with white truffles creates a luxurious ingredient perfect for risotto, rice, pasta, or even as a spread on toast or pizza topping. This unique cream is made by blending Italian white truffles, fresh cream, and real Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

  • Ideal for: Risotto, pasta, tortellini, ravioli, potatoes, or spread on canapés. Delicious over steak or chicken.
  • Customization: Add small amount of vegetable, chicken or beef broth if desired for a richer flavor and to thin when combining with starches that might absorb the sauce. Heat in pan with cream or milk to make more creamy or again to thin out. Add cooked mushrooms if you like!

This is completely normal and safe to eat, but you can gently scrape off the very top layer if you prefer. Just ensure the jar lid seal was intact upon opening.
