This small utensil is elegant in design, and a great to enhance your caviar serving presentation. While metal and wooden spoons often contaminate the taste of caviar, the gorgeous, shiny and rainbow reflective mother of pearl material is perfect for holding product and never interfering with its flavor.

This spoon is best used with smaller caviar containers: 1oz, 30g, 50g, 4oz, 125g. Smaller spoons will fall into larger cans of caviar during serving, it is typically best to use 3.5" or longer for any tin size over 7oz/8oz or 200g/250g.
