The farm-raised "River Beluga," Kaluga Caviar is a farm-raised hybrid of Amur River sturgeons Kaluga (Huso dauricus) and Schrenckii (Acipenser schrenckii). Farmed by the caviar masters of Kaluga Queen. The caviar features exceptionally large grains, truly remarkable in size. Beyond its visual appeal, Imperial Kaluga Hybrid caviar offers a delicate, buttery flavor with low salinity and a subtle hint of brine on the finish. These exquisite beads, with exquisite mouthfeel and a rich taste, serve as the perfect sustainable caviar option.
