This vinegar is crafted from naturally sweet Banyuls wine, which is aged for four years in oak barrels under the Mediterranean sun, then acetified and aged for an additional year in new oak barrels. The combination of natural sugars and rich, aromatic flavors adds an incomparable character to your dishes. Perfect for vinaigrettes or for deglazing meats, this vinegar will elevate any recipe.
