A delicious, easy linguine pasta plate tossed with white truffle oil and topped off with fresh black truffle slices. A very simple recipe that is classy and sure to impress. Enjoy!
White truffle oil
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp.
1/4 cup (chopped)
1 ct. (shaved)
1. Cook the linguine in boiling, salted water according to the package instructions.
2. Drain the water, toss the pasta with 1/2 cup of white truffle oil, parmesan, and chives. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add the shaved black truffles. Drizzle with the remaining truffle oil and toss again.
4. Serve immediately.
